I had an amazing experience training with Coach Vishal through Fittr. From the very beginning, he made the entire process feel approachable and sustainable. His guidance was always clear and well-structured, which made it easy for me to stay consistent and understand what I was doing and why. One of the things I appreciated most was his constant motivation and support. Whether I had doubts, setbacks, or needed that extra push, Vishal was always there with encouraging words and practical advice. He made sure the plan was tailored to my lifestyle, which really helped me stick to it without feeling overwhelmed. Thanks to his expertise and positive approach, I've seen great progress and feel much more confident in my fitness journey. Truly grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a coach who genuinely cares and delivers results.

I had enrolled for 12 weeks plan through one of the offers on Fittr app and got allotted Vishal as my trainer. In a span of 12 week, I can see visible changes in my overall lifestyle, energy levels, weight and certainly not the least, my confidence. Vishal has been very instrumental in my transformation journey. With his guidance, support and motivating words, I could achieve a transformation which I had never expected. My weight is now down by 7 KGS and am now able to fit into my old clothes which is motivating. Vishal explained to me the basics of fitness in very simple terms. His curated plan has helped me make fitness as a part of my daily routine. The diet plan given by him is very sustainable and that is his USP. Fitness journey has to be sustainable and he is definitely the one whom we can vouch on this. I have further extended my enrollment with Vishal. Excited for my fitness journey ahead. It's been 7 months now training with Vishal and I have: Lost 12.5 kgs weight Loads of cms across the whole body. Cholesterol Levels have come down to within the normal range from being extremely high. Sugar (HB1AC) level has come down to within range from being right on the border. The improvement I now see is across the whole body and not just the belly. Vishal is an excellent coach and has a very structured way of training. I told Vishal at the start, that I am happy to go slow but want it to be sustainable. His diet and training plans have been likewise. There have been weeks when have not lost a single gram - But Vishal has just pushed to keep on going and the result is there. Best thing about his diet plans is that I am not feeling hungry. Vishal once said to me 'Main Daal/Chicken Chawal khila kar hi weight loss karaonga'. And that is a fact. I eat everything (almost), sneak a sweet also now and then - But make it a point to keep to his diet plan particularly the calories in a day. Have not missed a single day of workout. This is something I had not done in many years but now its become a habit - All down to Vishal's training and continuous motivation. He is always a message away and the regular Monday calls keep me motivated to keep on going. Thanks a lot Vishal. Its just the start of this journey and I hope to continue it for life
