In just 50 days under your guidance, I’ve lost almost 5 kg and reduced my waist from 37.5 inches to 34.3 inches. But the best part isn’t the weight loss, it’s the lifestyle change. I was someone who smoked 15 cigarettes a day, had an extremely unhealthy routine, and had completely lost track of my fitness. Virendra sir is a very good coach. He has helped me in getting my form better and fixed my diet. He keeps pushing me to do better each day. I keep throwing random questions at him and he patiently answers them. He makes sure that I am not giving up. Having a coach was never on my plan but I am glad that I opted for it and found Virendra sir.

We’ve just completed our first three months with Coach Virender and have already renewed for another three months. He is incredibly proactive and truly involved in our fitness journey. One thing we really appreciate is how he tailors our diet plans to suit our preferences, making it easier to stay consistent. He constantly motivates us to push ourselves and do better.
