Since I started working with Coach Vikram, I’ve noticed significant positive changes in my body. Not only have I been able to lose weight, but I’ve also gained muscle, which has been incredibly motivating. He is always accessible and responsive, patiently addressing all my queries. He has never missed a call or a weekly check-in, which shows his dedication and consistency. What I appreciate most is that his meal plans are simple, practical, and easy to follow in everyday life. When I requested additional exercises, he thoughtfully explained why they weren’t necessary, prioritizing effectiveness over excess. He has also guided me on portion control, especially when eating out, which I believe will be extremely valuable even after the three-month program ends. I’m really glad I came across Vikram. I’ve been coached by him for the last 1.5 months, and I’m already seeing a fat loss of around 3 kilos. I’m currently going through body recomposition, so there were times when the weighing scale didn’t move and I started doubting the progress. But he consistently advised me to trust the process and reminded me that the scale doesn’t tell the full story—and that’s exactly how it’s turning out. His diet plan, along with the food replacement chart, makes it very clear what to eat and what to avoid. The subtle changes he suggests in training are also making a noticeable difference in my day-to-day progress.
