I have been training with Vijaya since last 4 months. Vijaya is a wonderful trainer and a good listener. Due to my injuries she has customised my training according to my strength and ability. When I started in February I could barely do any strength training with my shoulders. In the last 4 months she has included various exercises to build the strength and I am now comfortable lifting weights. I would highly recommend Vijaya. I look forward to continue to work with her.
