Vijay is genuinely a very nice and supportive person, and the way he explains everything about fitness is super simple and easy to understand. In the last 6 months, I’ve lost 12 kg, but more than that, I’ve actually gained strength and feel much more confident. It was never just about losing weight—he also helped me understand things like macros, which has really changed the way I look at my diet and lifestyle. I really liked his approach to training. It never felt extreme or stressful, just something I could stay consistent with. He was always patient, motivating, and there whenever I needed guidance. Honestly, I’m very grateful for his support throughout this journey. Would definitely recommend him!
Vijay is by far the most patient person I have ever met. He has a very different coaching style, he is not strict in an intimidating way, but at the same time, he will never let you sit over your potential. Whenever I slack, he makes sure I get back on track with the right balance of encouragement and accountability. In 2021 I worked with a coach for 6 months but ended up repeating the mistakes when tried things on my own. Started with Vijay in 2023 and in last 1.5 years under him learnt a lot about sustainable fitness. He is very knowledgeable and patient enough to understand the constraints and mentor accordingly. At times when you slip he doesn’t hold back his frustration and make you realise the impact in weekly checkin but at the same time encourages you to do quickly come back on track. He is very particular to do weekly checkin and is always available to answer your concerns. I have learned a lot about nutrition planning and workout structuring with him. The Elite status as a coach is justified as he himself maintains high standard for his fitness and for the massive efforts he puts in ensuring you get right results. Thank You Vijay!!!
