I’ve had fatty liver for almost 15 years because of my poor lifestyle habits. Along with that, my cholesterol and inflammation were also very high. Honestly, I had reached a point where I thought this is just how my health is going to be. Working with Vijay sir changed that completely. It wasn’t some extreme diet or crazy routine. It was the consistency, the regular check-ins, and the way he kept me accountable without making it feel like pressure. There were times I would slip, but he never judged, just guided me back on track. Slowly things started improving, and today all my major health markers are back to normal. That feeling is hard to explain. I still don’t have a six-pack 😄, but honestly, fixing what was going on inside matters way more to me. Really grateful for the support and guidance. If someone is struggling with health issues and feels stuck, this kind of coaching genuinely makes a difference. Thank you so much sir !

Restarted a structured fitness journey again with Vijay sir. Lost around 8 kgs in 3 months while maintaining a busy and erratic schedule. Sir offers a very flexible routine suited to our requirements and accommodates any changes as required. Would definitely vouch for him!

I began my fitness journey with Vijay Sir at a time when my confidence was at its lowest and I weighed around 67 kgs. Being a working mom, juggling a 10-hour workday along with responsibilities at home, I barely had any time for myself. Vijay Sir completely changed that for me. He introduced simple, sustainable diet and workout routines, focusing on small but powerful habits like daily steps and proper water intake. What truly made a difference was how he helped me turn these into a part of my lifestyle rather than a temporary routine. I have started my journey with coach Vijay when I was going through some tough time in my life, lot of stress and pre diabetics. I have taken best decision to work with him. He is very knowledgable, very supportive . Throughout my journey he supported me to do more steps and drink more water and adhere to the diet . His good days / bad days theory was helpful. Also after so many years I am under 70 kgs which I feel is achievement in itself . And my pre-diabetics hba1c from 5.8 has come down 5.4 . A huge win itself . If anyone looking for real results by not going through extreme low calories by adhering to the diet most of the times I think he is the best coach. Whatever I have discussed in my first call and explained my diet preferences he has made the diet chart exactly based on that and always appreciated my workout . Once again thank you so much for being a good listener rather than pushing hard always .
