Vijay is a great coach with deep knowledge and consistent motivation! With his guidance, I was able to go from 185 lbs to 150 lbs. He always followed up and encouraged me whenever needed. His Instagram posts and stories are also very motivating and keep me inspired. I tried my best to follow his inputs, though I feel I could have done even better with more discipline. Took a short break, but I’ll definitely be back to continue under his coaching.
