This was the first time I had opted for a personal coach, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Vijay provided simple and easy to incorporate healthy diet plans. Although most of the times I would not able to stick to that plan even following it 70% helped me lose weight and gain muscles. Vijay played a huge role in forming the habit of daily 7k steps. This was the first time I did something consistently and could not have been more proud of myself. Healthy lifestyle is not something difficult to follow if you have the right coach. Honestly, there were many days I couldn’t follow the plan fully, sometimes not even 70%. But he always understood my situation and helped me adjust the workouts around my busy schedule. Just knowing I had to report back to him pushed me to stick to my workouts and diet. What I loved most was his constant support. He always reminded me that consistency matters more than being perfect every day. If I didn’t have 90 minutes for the gym, he’d tell me to do 30 minutes. whatever was possible. but not to break the routine. That mindset really changed things for me. With his guidance, I got stronger and lost 4 kg in just 3 months. Vijay ji is not only knowledgeable but also very encouraging, which made the whole journey easier and more enjoyable.
