Best part was he was always motivating me during difficult times where I wasn't able to adhere to diet or workout due to lifestyle. highly recommended for fitness transformation. Over the past 6 months, he has guided me through periods of illness and heavy work stress, keeping me focused on building long-term discipline. With his help, I’ve achieved a steady weight loss from ~93 kg to 86.5 kg. More importantly, he taught me how to handle setbacks.
