Varsha is an amazing trainer. i love how she coaches and motivates all the time. I'm so grateful for having a coach like her Thank you Varsha for being with me throughout this journey.
My fitness coach, Varsha, is highly knowledgeable, motivating, and truly dedicated to my progress. She was incredibly supportive and understanding of my knee issues, tailoring my workouts carefully and creating a simple diet plan that included my usual meals, so I never felt like I was missing out on my favorite foods. She helped me whenever I felt down and motivated me to trust the process. With her guidance, I learned that consistency is the key to weight loss and strength training, and I’ve seen real improvements in my strength and confidence. Huge Thanks to an amazing trainer Varsha!! Can’t believe I’ve lost 10 pounds in just 3 months- something I never thought was possible! I used to do 1 hour of treadmill every day and ate just one meal a day, also tried 14 hr intermittent fasting , but yet I could not lose a single pound— until I joined Fitter under Varsha’s guidance. Her workouts, motivation, and those amazing stretches have not only helped me lose weight, but also almost completely got rid of my chronic right arm pain. Varsha is truly an amazing trainer, and I’m so grateful for her support and motivation. I’m excited to keep going and see even more progress under her guidance! Thank you Varsha! You are the best!
