Hi varsha I am very blessed of selecting the right coach and person as like you ..you are amazing and true inspiration to those who are looking to loose weight and balance through out their life .I lost 7 kgs in 3 months and inches a lot .This is possible only because of your diet plan .I gained so much strength and positive vibes of myself .Thank you very much. My family also following me .That's the magic of your diet plan where we need to change slight modifications in our regular diet .

Varsha is a very strong guide or coach who motivates all the time to achieve goal of her mentor calories. She takes care of them on diet with high calories so that they can maintain even after program or plan of fittr ends. Addresses all queries and clears doubts in diet . I joined her with a weight of fluctuating weight of 66kg and 65kg . She started motivating each week even if I didn’t reduce as I expected. Later I made my mind positive and then with help of her motivational words. I was able to do it. Now I weigh around 59kg. She usually says the quote “if I can do it you can also do it” yes, it’s true and Still more to go.

Varsha is an amazing mentor. I feel very happy to say that I chose her for my weight loss journey. She gave me meal plan keeping my food preferences in mind. She taught me how to eat mindfully and stay healthy and contented through out the day. She keeps me motivated and keeps on encouraging me. If I have any query she is just a call away. I use to feel that loosing weight for me is unrealistic but she made my dreams come true by helping me reduce 5.5 kg in almost 3 months. Most importantly she told me the importance of drinking water.
