I have been a Fittrite who was working on cardio and HIIT before. After my temporary ankle injury, I wanted to be on my fitness journey without any hindrance. Yoga was my best option. Was looking through the Yoga Coaches and I came across Varna. We got in touch with each other and after I explained my situations, she has been wonderfully coaching me. She has customised the asanas so that they don't affect my injuries. She is patient and listens to you even during the sessions to guide you accordingly. She is approachable and has a very positive approach to all the asanas giving variations, so that the same can be achieved. Thank you, Varna, for your guidance and support :)

Varna is an excellent yoga teacher, my yoga sessions despite being hourlong seem short because of the thoughtful way she has designed each class!
