I am a 45-year-old professional with a mostly sedentary lifestyle and had never really worked out before. Over time, I developed lower back pain and knee pain, which made me realize I needed to take action. Motivation and flexibility from a trainer were very important for me to even get started, and connecting with Vajr turned out to be one of the best and long-overdue decisions I’ve made for my health. In just under two months of training with him, I can already feel the difference. Vajr is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and motivating. What I appreciate the most is how he tailors each session with care—helping me improve strength, flexibility, and posture, while also making sure my back and knees are protected. Vajr has been great help and keeping my goal aligned. I was on very comprehensive diet before starting the program. I wanted to maintain weight and build muscle. he gave me balance diet to achieve this. he has excercise range. he focuses good on warm up and cool down. he is very flexible to adjust with my specific time requirements and specific days. most important is he is one whom you could talk freely. In few weeks I could see changes in my body structure and language. I am loving it and will stick to this.
