As someone with a corporate desk job, finding a trainer like vajr who truly understands my lifestyle and physical needs was a blessing. Vajr is the perfect balance of calm, energetic, and deeply knowledgeable. Every 45-minute session feels like it flies by, not just because it's engaging, but because it's tailored so well to my goals. He has exceptional clarity in explaining each exercise, including the "why" behind it, which keeps me motivated and aware of my progress. His punctuality and professionalism are unmatched, and he's always flexible with scheduling. What I appreciate most is his understanding nature and how he adjusts workouts without compromising on results. Vajr has been great help and keeping my goal aligned. I was on very comprehensive diet before starting the program. I wanted to maintain weight and build muscle. he gave me balance diet to achieve this. he has excercise range. he focuses good on warm up and cool down. he is very flexible to adjust with my specific time requirements and specific days. most important is he is one whom you could talk freely. In few weeks I could see changes in my body structure and language. I am loving it and will stick to this.
