Very irresponsible coach. Never bothered to review my journey and never bothered to ask how I am coping with diet and exercise. Never pick up calls. Very bad experience. My money wasted .
Confused whom to pick? Even I was few months back. If you have trust issues and not sure whom to select, close your eyes and go for Vajr. Good coach, incredible knowledge about nutrition,humble and helpful these are the basic qualities what he got. But the best thing about him is : The constant monitoring and "Anything goes wrong,Ankit Ji, I am there 24x7" mantra. Initially i thought it's just how we say people so they trust us,but he actually means it. He took, to be precise,still taking a good care about all the changes happening and how to make life easy with a sustainable plan. You might be in a dilemma "should I again bother him with another question or not" and by the time you make up your mind,you will see a notification 'Hi! How's it going? Anything you want to discuss '. Initially i used to be suspicious if he knows how to read minds. In short, feel free to select him as your coach and see how he selects the best plan for you. But will all these Pros,there is one Con about him : He will not let you quit,no matter what. I am more than happy. I want you(whoever is reading) to be happy as well. Go for him. Thank you, as always, Vajr!!! Your accountability, positivity and support has been incredible while everyday providing a quick response. At the same time, you have been continuously sharing tips, providing great insights on the fundamentals and effective changes in diet and workout every week. The amount of strength I have regained with your suggested diet plan is incredible. My before steps count limit was 5000steps to the max whereas after enrolment, the steps count kept increasing gradually along with the strength. I able to cover up now 8000 to 10000 steps count in the second month of enrolment. With your guidance, each week’s diet and workout session feels like a step closer to my goals. It’s been 2 months I have enrolled with you and have already lost 5kgs of body weight and good amount of inches loss with an easy to implement 5days/week workout schedule. vajr is a great coach. very knowledgeable. My body has changed quite significantly is very less time He gives very simple food options which is easy to follow. if you are thinking of a coach, go for him. 100% can vouch. His knowledge about food and exercise is excellent.
