I’ve had a very positive experience so far. I definitely feel more confident, and my posture has improved significantly. Strength training with Vajr Ji is something I genuinely look forward to—his sessions are extremely knowledgeable and engaging. I’ve started seeing results within just 15 days, including inch loss, increased strength, and a more toned body. He pays close attention to correcting posture and shares a lot of valuable knowledge throughout the sessions. He is always punctual and also offers flexibility in case of missed classes, which has been very helpful. Overall, this program has made a noticeable positive impact on my fitness and mindset.
Honestly, its been a really good experience so far. I am still training under Vajr Varma and I can clearly feel the difference in my body. My knee pain has reduced a lot compared to before, which was my main concern when I started. Along with that, my strength, stamina, and posture have all improved quite a bit. Earlier, movements used to feel stiff and uncomfortable, but now everything feels much more natural and in sync. What I like the most is that Vajr Varma does not just make you do random exercises... he actually understands what your body needs and works accordingly. His approach is very practical and focused, which makes a big difference. Overall, really happy with the progress. Thank you! Vajr :-)

Even with a busy lifestyle, his personalized approach and natural methods kept me consistent and motivated, helping me achieve impressive results like losing 3 kg in just 15 days.
