Trinadh is an extremely kind, knowledgeable and a dedicated coach. I have been training under Trinadh’s guidance from the past 3 months and I have been observing significant improvement in my energy levels.My weight has reduced from 61kg to 55 kg which is a 6kg decrease and I have been feeling great about myself! He creates a holistic diet and a workout plan for his mentees, thereby making it easy to follow. He invests his time to provide the right guidance - specific to a client, as per their goals ,which is something I really appreciate!
