Grateful and proud to share a part of my fitness journey with my amazing coach, Trinadh. Over the span of just six months, with his guidance, discipline, and constant motivation, I was able to lose 11 kgs and even achieve visible six-pack abs—something I once thought was out of reach. His approach wasn’t just about workouts, but about building consistency, mindset, and a sustainable lifestyle. Unfortunately, due to personal and professional commitments, I couldn’t stay as consistent in the following six months, but the transformation and the lessons I gained during that time still stay with me. Truly thankful for the push, support, and belief he had in me when I needed it the most. Looking forward to getting back on track stronger than ever!

I have been training under Coach Trinadh for the past 6 months, and it has been a truly transformative experience for me. When I started, I had never stepped into a gym before. With his guidance and constant motivation, I not only started going to the gym but also built the habit of working out regularly. In these 6 months, I lost 4 kgs and reduced 7 inches from my waist, which has boosted my confidence a lot. His diet plan was very practical and easy to follow, which made a big difference in staying consistent. What I appreciate the most about Trinadh is his mindset towards fitness. He always encourages consistency over perfection, which really helped me stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. His motivation and regular support kept me focused on my goals. I also renewed for another 6 months. Although due to some personal reasons I couldn’t follow the plan as strictly as before, his guidance helped me maintain my progress and not lose track completely. Overall, I’m very grateful for his support and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to start or improve their fitness journey

Working with Trinadh has been a truly life-changing experience for me. When I started this journey, my HbA1c was at 9.4%, and I was struggling to manage both my blood sugar levels and my weight. With his structured guidance, personalized approach, and consistent support, I was able to bring my HbA1c down to 5.4%. My workouts were practical, sustainable and were built to my needs. There were no extreme restrictions—just smart, science-backed adjustments to my diet, exercise, and daily routine. He helped me understand how my body responds to food, activity, and habits, which made it easier to stay consistent. Alongside better glucose control, I also lost around 8 kg, and more importantly, I feel healthier, more energetic, and in control of my lifestyle. Trinadh was patient, and motivating, especially during times when progress felt slow.

Really grateful for my coach’s support throughout my diet and exercise journey. He pushed me to stay consistent even during hiccups. I feel lighter, stronger, and can lift heavier than before. What stood out most was how he taught me to manage calories in a way I can continue even after the program. Truly a great experience.
