I’ve been training with Tina for several months, and the experience has exceeded every expectation. I originally joined SNC for strength training and nutrition support, but I quickly realized I had also gained an incredible mental‑health coach. I’ve been working with Tina ma'am for the past 1.5 months, and the impact she has had on me goes far beyond just workouts. It's been nothing but happiness to have worked out with Tina. her energy is infectious. She deeply cares about her clients, not just their transformations, but about their overall well being. I have had an ACL injury and she was very understanding while guiding me with the workout to get maximum results while taking care of the injury. She taught me the right form to do each exercise while also explaining all the details about it. Sessions with her doesn't just feel like just training, but it really positively impacts the whole day.
