Tina is not just a coach; she’s someone who truly invests in you as a person. Her approach goes beyond workouts and diet. She focuses equally on mindset, consistency, and building sustainable habits. She also takes care of one’s mental well-being. She taught me how affirmations and positive energy work. She used to send daily morning affirmations, which helped me build the habit of starting my day on a positive note. She creates a space where you feel supported, understood, and motivated. Even on days when I wasn’t at my best, her encouragement kept me going. Despite my severe hormonal imbalance, thyroid, and PCOD issues, I was still able to lose 4–5 kgs along with some inch loss and body recomposition without even going on low calories. I could genuinely see her concern, as she would often go beyond the committed time to understand my problems and make me feel better. Tina explained that since the body is already dealing with so much, we shouldn’t put additional pressure on it by drastically reducing calories. Grateful for her guidance and the positive impact she has had on my journey. Truly respect the work she’s doing. ❤️
Destiny brought me to someone's comment about tina and her unique team name, which made me research more about her... Even before enrolling with her, she hold my hand emotionally when I was down for free which is very rare for a coach to do so, this is where I knew I got the right best all rounder coach to move ahead with.... ✨ Changes that I'm already experiencing physically - Feeling energetic, eating consciously and responsibly, have gained almost 1.5 kg in one month span under her guidance. ✨ Mindset shifting towards how to love food in this weight gain journey with her awesome group was an eye opening experience. I got to learn about how to measure calories and customize diet plan. ✨ Journey with self love and gratitude was most needed to heal after complete health breakdown, she came like an angel guiding and listening to every small things. Guruji as I call Tina Ma'am is a magician who has the power to not only transform one physically but mentally too. When I started I saw her profile and saw what all she has gone through, this journey began not only for me but my wife too who had recently been diagnosed with high levels of sugar and hypertension, so I knew she is the right person to handle not only her weight loss but medical issues too. And obviously "kanpur connection", when i got to know that our hometown is same somehow it felt the right thing to do. And i was right, the way she handled both of us was amazing, from food choices to substitutes to pep talks for boosting our confidence she gave it all. The best part of the whole journey is that she always replied so Swiftly ( despite what all she had in her plate) that it felt she is always with us. I lost 5kgs in weight and almost 20 inches overall in a journey in which I could not give my 100 percent, and then due to an ankle fracture in January I had to pause my journey. As Tina ma'am always say isme bhi kalyan hai, it's a pause not a stop, I am sure I will bounce back and with Tina ma'am achieve what is meant for me. ✨ Reversed thyroid and pre diabetes without medication ✨ Some feedbacks come from results. Others come from transformation. This one comes from both. Before: 68 kg → After: 63 kg (3 months) And here is the small gesture of thank you to my coach Tina K (naam toh suna hi hoga). Working with her has been a turning point—not just for my fitness, but for how I see myself and my life. When I started, I was struggling, not just with weight, but with inconsistency, stress, and the feeling that nothing was working anymore. As a corporate mom, I had almost accepted that fitness would always take a back seat. No matter how hard I tried, nothing seemed to work. The worst part of being out of shape is, you can't hide it from yourself. Six months ago, my blood tests showed thyroid issues and prediabetic markers. That was a wake-up call, I realized I wasn’t just out of shape, I was heading towards serious health concerns. I enrolled myself to Tina for 3 months PT + diet session. After I enrolled and worked out with her every day, I could see myself transforming every day slowly and steadily.
