What I didn’t expect was to learn so much about how the body actually works and what sustainable health really looks like. She doesn’t just tell you what to eat—she teaches you why it matters. Her nutrition plans are practical, personalized, and designed for real life. What I appreciate most is that her coaching isn’t limited to calories and macros. She emphasizes the importance of sleep, hydration, daily movement, steps, strength training, recovery, and overall well-being. The results speak for themselves: I’ve lost over 11 kg, gone from an XL to an M (sometimes even an S), and reduced my body fat by 22%. But the biggest change isn’t the number on the scale—it’s the confidence, strength, knowledge, and healthier relationship with food and fitness that I’ve gained along the way. A friend and guide for life! A few months and my life has had major transformations. I went through a very bad loss in life and Tina helped me cope with it. She gave guidance not only on nutrition and fitness but on how to fix my lifestyle, my sleep, my health, my mindset, and my priorities. She told me how to take care of myself without feeling guilty of taking time away from family. From making me drink 3 litres water minimum to fixing my sleep from 5.5 to 6 hours to 7 and 8 hours and to help me attend parties without feeling guilty about my food choices. When you feel low, she is there for you. When you are not on track, she is hand holding and motivating you. She is more than a coach and I’m forever grateful for her guidance and support all through this journey. I have lost 2 kgs and many inches in 12 weeks. My dress size has gone down from M to S. People are already complimenting on the weight loss. It’s just baby steps and the main transformation is only a few weeks away. When I started my fitness journey with Tina ma’am, I honestly had no idea how much this journey would change my life. My husband enrolled both of us in her fitness program, and at that time I only thought it would help me with physical fitness. But I soon realized that this journey was much more than just losing weight or exercising. During my very first conversation with Tina ma’am, she understood me so well. She realized that I was not only struggling physically but mentally and emotionally too. Working a 10-to-7 job along with my PhD had made me constantly tired, frustrated, irritated, and emotionally exhausted. What touched me the most was that she truly listened to me. A few months into the journey, I had an important exam, and the stress started affecting my body. During that difficult phase, Tina ma’am continuously motivated me and gave me emotional strength. She reminded me that no exam result is bigger than life itself. With her guidance, I not only lost weight and body fat, but also became healthier, stronger, and happier from within. Her meal plans, stretching, and affirmations truly worked for me. One of the happiest moments of my life came when I finally cleared my exam after 3–4 attempts. And honestly, Tina ma’am was one of the first people I thought about after seeing my result because somewhere I truly believe her positivity and constant support helped me stay strong. And now, life has blessed me with another beautiful happiness — my pregnancy. Looking back, this journey transformed not just my body, but my entire mindset and life.
