This is my second time enrollment with Tanya and the journey has been amazing so far. Tanya is an amazing coach and a wonderful person. I have managed to lose almost 7kgs under her guidance and the journey is still ongoing. She is a thorough professional with an immense knowledge in her field. When I started this journey, I just wanted to lose weight. But what I have learned from her is its not just weight loss but a good health in the long run, consistency and patience is the key, if not able to give 100 percent give your 50 percent but keep going. I am glad I have enrolled under her as she has changed my mindset about fitness. She is patient, understanding and ready to explain everything in detail. As a coach she is always available for me and just a message or call away. Her replies are within seconds😃 I would highly recommend Tanya.
