Hey! My name is Tanya. I am a certified Fitness Consultant by Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences. I believe fitness is all about your overall well-being, it is all-inclusive. Just like our physical well-being, our mental and social well-being should also top our priorities, one cannot survive without the other! I have always been a proponent of flexibility and enjoyment and believe in planning nutrition and training as per the client’s lifestyle and preferences. Following this myself for the last 4 years, I have been able to find that balance and sustainability in my life and that has made my lifestyle much more enjoyable instead of rigid and difficult to follow.
Having faced issues with eating disorders and body dysmorphia, from starting my fitness journey from 67kg to getting very skinny at 49kg, I now enjoy lifting loads and eating to fuel my body.
