My question to myself, before working with Syed was - 1. I’m well versed with lifting weights for ages 2. I have already gone through weight loss transformations on multiple occasions earlier 3. I have done yoga in the past What new am I going to learn from this trainer? And I wanted to find an answer to this question, so I enrolled with Syed. And I’m glad I did! Syed is not a Jack of all but master of all jacks. He will not only work on your physique but also teach on the way to heal your prior ailments. Syed pulls you through your weaknesses and pushes you hard through your strengths. He is a perfect combination of strength training, yoga and muscle relaxation for a better and Fittr mind, body and soul

Syed has the skills that other trainers lack. His exercises have improved my strength while treating for muscle imbalances. He is very flexible and will keep you motivated before, during and after the session. I recommend Syed if you prioritize long term health.

My experience with Syed wasn’t very positive overall. I requested a delayed start for the 12 week plan as I fell sick and my recovery was taking more time than expected. I proposed if delaying wasn’t an option I could cancel with fittr and re-enroll when I was ready. He agreed to a delayed start but towards the end of the plan did not honor the commitment. We started on March 14 and ended on June 8, during which he took off or didn’t show up on 7 days. The plan was abruptly ended without any notice and he just stopped showing up. During the program too, he wasn’t punctual with time- would show up 10-15 mins late and end the session in 30 mins. I didn’t particularly enjoy the training style to begin with and did request a coach change a week into the plan but fittr declined. Syed did adjust his training plan but some basic things like punctuality, professional commitment and communication were still big issues. For an advance level trainer at Fittr, I’d expect a better experience. Didn’t stand up to my expectations.
