I’ve been training with Coach Syam on Fittr for the past 3 months with the goal of fat loss and muscle gain—and the progress has been amazing. From the beginning, he took a detailed and thoughtful approach to tailor workout plans to fit my lifestyle and initial strength levels. His guidance has been realistic, science-backed, and easy to follow, which made the journey feel achievable and sustainable. The form corrections, regular check-ins, prompt feedback, and constant motivation really helped me stay consistent and focused. Also his personality is very cool and I enjoy the conversations during the breaks in between the sets. I’ve lost fat, built visible muscle, and feel much stronger and more confident. I really enjoyed the last 3 months journey. I’ve just renewed for another 3 months and I’m excited to keep going. Highly recommend Coach Syam to anyone serious about transforming their body with a coach who truly knows his stuff!
