Shwetha is an AWSOME Mentor. She listens to how the body is reacting/ Performing and updates the workout schedules and meal plans. When you need her she is always there for extra guidance. As long as we show interest and efforts she is always there to support so that we can reach our health and fitness goals. I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for Shweta exceptional coaching throughout my fitness journey. I achieved remarkable results, including 5 kgs and lots of inches in 12 weeks. She is a flexible understanding coach and she is readily available to answer any queries. Mom of 2 struggled a lot to loose my weight after my second baby. I took time to start slowly but lacked consistency. Enrolled with 2 Fittr coaches and eventually gave up and ended up with lot of stress, started to eat at random timings and random food, thought tea is my stress buster, heavily relied on outside food and started to outgrow all my office and party wear outfits. So many body shamed and asked whether I am pregnant again. Nothing bothered me until one day my close friend gave a random comment about my body. It was very jovial one but hit me to the core. I thought to myself what is stopping me to be discipline with my food and exercise and I felt I am missing my OLD ME . It was a Mother’s Day and I scrolled Fittr app again and found Swetha. Very sweet and encouraging coach, I vented my heart out on our first conversation and asked her only one thing - Please don’t give up on me. She listened patiently and promised me that everything is doable and told me to share every meal picture, step counts on daily basis. Even if I miss one meal she would ping me check whether everything is alright. I made up my mind and followed her words. And the magic happened. Started at 72 kgs and now at 63.8 with lot of inch losses, increased confidence and energy level. I am continuing my journey for the next 12 weeks with Swetha again because now my mind thinks the other way - it’s not about the numbers it’s about how I feel good about myself, Its about Consistency, Its about Discipline! Thank you SQUATS for changing the way I look at fitness. Thank you Swetha for keeping me accountable and motivated, you are AMAZING!! I finally made quantified nutrition and strength training a part of my lifestyle and I love it and there's no way I'm going giving up on this!!
