Thank you sweta for this short yet motivational fitness journey. After my pregnancy i was not able to adopt any kind of fitness habits or diet. But in this 3 month i was able to understand my food and their macros, able to understand how 7-8k steps can make a difference. Under your guidance  i lost almost 5 kg and also adopted a sustainable  diet and  a habit of making steps. Thank you so much. ✌️🙂

Thanks to my incredible and oh so easy going coach Sweta. It was an amazing 3 months did not feel I struggled to loose fats thanks to to her easy exercise and food charts. I could fit back into my old clothes and felt energetic like never before. Thank you Sweta for guiding me and building confidence me.

Taking a moment to thank my coach @sweta for helping me out with my weight loss. It’s been a 3month journey but it was transforming in many ways. I started at 57 kgs and now I’m 53.5 I had PCOD and struggled to shed weight but under the guidance of Sweta mam I was able to achieve it. Apart from weight loss my energy levels have improved, I also learned about eating clean and my cycles became regular. My coach was always available to if I had a query and was consistent with follow ups and it developed a sense of accountability and discipline within me that I had been struggling to get in my life. I am forever grateful to her in transforming my mind, body and soul. Thank you so much Sweta mam and Team fitter ❤️

I had an incredible experience working with you Sweta on the 3-month diet plan. Starting at 59 kg, I lost around 3 kg by the end of the plan. Beyond the weight loss, I saw significant fat loss and also felt more active and energetic. You used to ask for updates daily, provided prompt feedback, and kept track of my progress consistently.
