I had the pleasure of training with Swati, and I can confidently say she has transformed my approach to fitness. My biggest challenge was staying consistent with workouts, and Swati helped me build a routine that I actually look forward to every day. Her attention to detail is remarkable; she picks up on even the smallest issues and addresses them effectively without pushing me to exhaustion. Swati gradually increased the workout intensity, allowing me to progress steadily without impacting my daily routine. She works with your strengths and helps you build on your weaknesses, adapting the exercises as needed to suit how your body feels on any given day. Swati is an excellent guide and overall best thing which is helping me in my fitness journey. She creates training plans as per my goals and requirements. I started my journey with her last year but had to stop in between. I restarted my plan with her 10 weeks back, and I am seeing the happy changes in me. The motivation which she gives me on daily basis helps me be on track on diet as well as be regular on my workouts. More to achieve with her in coming weeks.😊
I am so glad that I tried Strength and Yoga wit h fittr. Swati observed and tested out what I needed in the first week and she plans our workouts with the exact right combination of strength and yoga that works for me. She makes sure to ask me what bothered me the day before and modifies the workouts based on that information. She adapts workouts based on my needs every week, with the intention that I progress, get stronger, and not increase my injuries. She also takes care to add new things to my plan so that it doesn't become repetitive and boring. She maintains records so that she can track my progress and she is very perceptive about what I need to be careful about, and which exercises I need to do slow vs fast to benefit the best out of them. She takes a personal interest in my growth and shows me flexibility moves that I should do on my own even outside of her training. These are very specific to my injury points that she suggested after spending time on extensive research of my injuries. I cannot imagine anyone else being so dedicated to her clients to be doing homework as well as giving them homework for their holistic growth! She is very consistent and it is easy to see how much she loves her job and is not just doing it for the sake of doing it. She guides me to make improvements to my lifestyle outside of just the class so that my diet gets better for the long term and I become more accountable regarding what I eat and do. She has enough motivation to motivate an entire army and I am very happy that I get to start my day with her coaching.
