I came to Swati in January 2026 with my back and knee pains. Something that I have been struggling for years. After understanding my situation, she created a guided plan for me that works for my body and my current physical condition - and not just a generic plan. She is very dedicated and compassionate about ensuring that all her mentees reach to a state where they feel strong, comfortable, confident in carrying themselves. I really enjoy and look forward to train with her at every session.

Swati has made workout so customized for my body and has helped me build back my core strength and confidence to do intense workouts…..Investing time in right stretches and warm ups has been a core principle she has stuck to in order to avoid any injuries during intense workouts…..
