Swati has made workout so customized for my body and has helped me build back my core strength and confidence to do intense workouts…..Investing time in right stretches and warm ups has been a core principle she has stuck to in order to avoid any injuries during intense workouts….. She not only focuses on the body but also the mind with a single focus to get the most out of you in every session…..lucky to have her as my coach…..
