I have been training with Swati for more than one year now. I love my morning sessions with her. With her you get all the good things that you expect to get when you join a plan but what makes her unique is her attention to details. She understands you and your body more than you and create personalised program that suits you. She has a shuttle way of pushing you so that you can bring out the best in you. She plans her session so well that inspite of getting up early to attend the session, I don't feel fatigue throughout the day as she combines strength training ,yoga and breathing exercises.
I started training with Swati more than 6 months ago. As I have continued the training, my strength and mobility have improved by leaps and bounds. I really enjoy training with her. She fits the workout to my needs. She is pleasant, caring and professional at the same time. I would definitely recommend her as a trainer

One thing that I appreciate about her is the focus on overall well being and mental health along with physical health.
