✨ One year in with Swati, and I can honestly say this journey has been life-changing. From barely eating 800 calories a day to stay slim, having the fitness concept all wrong and hating food to now fueling my body with twice that, and actually enjoying food, it's been a complete mindset shift. Before Swati i started with another fittr coach & left in 15 days as i felt the coach just didn’t understand my health concerns and goals. Very hesitant to restart the journey, i got in touch with Swati after a year. She was supportive, understood my health journey, offered solutions in diet and workout that were manageable and guided me with the basics of health. Hadn’t been for Swati, i would have still been stuck at that! What once felt like hard now feels like a blessing, to have a healthy relationship with food & love my workouts. The road hasn’t been smooth, especially with my health challenges along the way, but having the right guidance with her made all the difference.
