Swati is a very amazing coach..i didn't know that losing weight was so much easy...all credit goes to swati.. she made it so easy that i lost 10 kgs...she is vry helping n motivating..she is like a magician she made me feel energetic and helped me in looking more n more younger.she regularly follow up with me weekly n always help me in answering smallest query of mine.it was a great experience with her..dieting can never be boring if done under swati's guidance.. thank u so much swati for being such an amazing n best coach

Hi my 12 weeks journey with Swati went amazing. She was just one msg away to do any changes in diet or in workout. Her push & just time management with kiddo made me to join the gym finally after a long wait of 2 years and just see, I am in love with my ‘Me’ time, working & eating mindfully to get toned. You always need a small push from your coach and yes I would highly recommend Swati to you all❤️ Thank you for guidance I am not gonna stop here…

Hats off to Swati 🫡. I was struggling with increased postpartum weight as being a working mom without much house help. I was motivated to start this journey based on recommendations about Fittr platform. I did research for coaches and found Swati’s profile. I am so glad I did! Right from the kick-off, Swati understood my work style, the lack of time I have in the day. She helped me with diet that I can easily include in regular food prep versus any elaborate diet fads. She also helped me slowly adapt and coached me on how my relationship with food should be. I worked with her and lost almost 15 kgs and lots of inches. I now have a new outlook towards fitness and with her coaching, hoping to keep the transformation. Thanks Swati 😃
