It is just 3 months I am under the guidance of coach Swapnil Patil and I can genuinely say that he has changed my perspective of weight loss totally. I am a serial dieter. either eat too little or too much. He has changed that. He has shown me that I can eat so much food but still can lose weight and feel strong. He takes care of all aspects of being fit. He has changed my understanding of food . This is the first time in my life I am enjoying working out and it is because of him only. He has discussed progressive overload and corrected my form and encouraged me to no end. My journey to become healthier and stronger has just started but I know I will be able to be a better version of me under his guidance. He understands the nuance of fatloss and gives solid advice and encouragement. I hope to continue my journey under his guidance . Highly recommend him.
