I’ve been training for a few years now, but this is the strongest and fittest I’ve ever felt - all thanks to Swapnil. His knowledge of training techniques and the science behind movement, nutrition, and recovery is exceptional. Every session is well thought out and tailored to my goals. He has really good attention to detail - from correcting posture and explaining muscle engagement to helping me understand why we’re doing a certain exercise. Training with him has not only improved my strength and endurance but also deepened my understanding of fitness as a whole.
Swapnil has been fantastic! He not only pushes us (my husband and I) to do our best but also takes the time to teach proper form. His deep knowledge of training and anatomy really shows in the way he explains movements and tailors workouts. We feel stronger, safer, and more confident each session.
I had avoided gym because whenever i tried I always got extreme cramps most likely I was doing it wrong way. Swapnil understood my current lifestyle and helped me in doing exercises correctly with right strategy to focus on how to deal with different part of muscle strength. First week was tough due to soreness but after that it’s going great. Swapnil was able to understand what’s needed for me to push in right direction specially looking at what exactly I was doing wrong and help me correcting by looking at each and every minor details even though being on zoom call screen. His detail on looking at all small things have helped me tremendously in doing exercise right way at home with dumbbells, chair and resistance bend. I enrolled my dad (50+) for training with Swapnil. He is someone who has never trained his entire life, and now the basic movement feels hard. He is extremely enthusiastic about training with you and I can see the difference already within the first month itself. You have made these sessions extremely beginner friendly as well as a bit challenging. He finds the workouts motivating and well-structured, and he especially likes how clearly you explain each exercise and the reason behind it.
