I took a 3 month plan with Susmita. She helped me understand how to balance the macro nutrients and introduced me to some gym routines. This was helpful 🙂
I have been a fitness enthusiast always. Mostly was into Running and Yoga. But since more than a year ago, despite my healthy lifestyle, I noticed my belly fat was increasing and so was my weight. I understood this is a part of peri menopausal phase and also my body has hit the stagnancy of the same routine over the years. After lot of research, I was sure that the only option would be to start strength training with the guidance of a competent Coach. Initially, noting my hectic work schedule, it was a bit of concern for me as how much would I be able to be compliant to the plan. With the reference from a friend who was already a member of Fittr, I enrolled Fittr in Aug ‘23 under the guidance of Sushmita Chowdhury( Premium level Coach) and started my journey. She has been instrumental in my transformation from 60.85 kgs to 52.45kgs. Now, I feel stronger and healthier. My belly fat is gone. Although it is a journey and yet to reach my goal, this wouldn’t have been possible without the motivation, dedication and able coaching of Sushmita. If anyone is looking for a transformation, I highly recommend Sushmita as Coach.
I enrolled with coach Sushmita Chowdary in October to reduce my belly fat and to strengthen my body . She is very supportive and approachable anytime. She analysed my problem perfectly that I was suffering from Diastasis Recti and gave workout and diet accordingly. I highly recommend her and I Thank her from my bottom of my heart .🥰
I joined FTTR on 08.11.2023 for 3 months with a prime target to reduce my belly fat which was around 40 inch. My target was to reduce it to 36 inch within 3 month. But to my surprise, under the able guidance of Susmita Chowdhury, my coach, I achieved the target in less than 2 months. Now my waist size is 35.5. Her customized Diet Plan and Workout advice, which I followed religiously throughout the plan, only made it possible. She is very patient and knowledgeable coach. At the most she herself is an inspiration for participants like me. My overall experience with her and with the FTTR was excellent.
