I wanted to reduce fat while building muscle. I found susmitha to whom wife and I joined together and she helped a lot for achieving my goal. She was so prompt answering questions and available despite of timezone difference. She pushed my limits and gave a nice diet plan which we both could stick to and had an outside meal once (as she suggested within macros). She was very understanding and helpful. I’m glad to have her as my coach during this transformation period. Soaring 5 stars for her from me. Week 0 readings: Weight 190.4lbs Fat % 25% Week 11 readings: Weight 174 lbs Fat % 21.5%
