I have been taking strength and conditioning coaching from Surbhi for 6 months now. What I really liked about her approach is she will take it slow with u unless she is sure you can take the grind. it's like the those Chinese trainers who will initially gauge Ur attitude and commitment and help you build up on it while she understood my cardio limits and slowly pushed me not to feel defeated and demotivated. Her mantra to boost the confidence with small progress worked best for me.

It has been one month since I started training and Coach Surbhi has been really patient with me, especially since I'm new to this. She started me off with simple exercises to see where I am at. As I got more comfortable, she added different workouts and even taught me how to use gym equipments. What's really nice is that Surbhi isn't just about the exercises. She talked to me about my water intake and eating better which I appreciated. Our sessions are fun because she changes it up every day – one day it's arms, the next it's legs. It keeps things interesting and my muscles don't get too tired. Her coaching style is like training with a friend. I can tell she genuinely cares about her clients because she works with me at my own pace and also ensures I am improving. Initially I wasn’t sure if online training will work for me but Surbhi watches me like a hawk 😅. On a video call from a phone 2 feet away from me, she can tell if my elbows aren’t bent enough. I started with the monthly package and now I'm going for quarterly because I can feel the positive changes. Definitely recommend! Thank you Surbhi! 😁

we have been training with Surbhi since 3 months and I can surely see an amazing positive change in our body. Before joining i used to get a left shoulder pain after work, in few months of work out and strenghening of muscles its completely gone. thanks to Surbhi. I feel more energetic and flexible now. I will highly recommend her to others.

I trained with Surbhi for 2 months and I have been happy with my experience. She trained with a variety of exercises including weights and yoga. She worked on things I found difficult in everyday activity. She also compensated for days she had to take holidays.. Overall great experience and she knows her field.
