My Experience with Sunil: A Dedicated and Knowledgeable Trainer I have had the pleasure of working with Sunil for the past four months, and I am thrilled to share my experience. Under his guidance, I have achieved significant weight loss (7 kg) and built substantial muscle mass. One of Sunil's most impressive qualities is his punctuality. He is always on time, ensuring that our sessions start and end as scheduled. During each session, he takes the time to fine-tune exercises based on my needs and capabilities, gradually increasing the weights while providing adequate rest between each exercise. What sets Sunil apart is his exceptional ability to explain each exercise in detail, including the specific muscles targeted. This not only makes the overall exercise experience more enjoyable but also helps me understand the purpose behind each movement. Sunil has also been accommodating of my schedule during a recent vacation trip. When I was unable to attend sessions at my original planned time, he proactively found alternative slots and helped me stay on track with my exercise routine. This ensured that I didn't have to take any breaks during my vacation, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Sunil as a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer who truly cares about his clients' progress and well-being.
I have had a pleasant and enriching experience getting trained by Mr. Sunil and also getting dietary guidance from him. It was because of his specialized knowledge about food plans and workouts that were customized for me, due to which I was able to get my blood glucose levels in 2 digits, which was a first in a few years. I am very happy with the results I see for example I can lift heavy things in my routine life, energy levels have improved and I sleep well.

Sunil is an excellent coach! I selected the comprehensive plan to keep myself accountable. It has been four weeks since we started and the perfect addition to my routine. Sunil has introduced exercises at an achievable pace and I look forward to waking up at 5AM for our sessions. He is very knowledgeable about proper form, how to avoid injury, and is always on-time.
