Six months is big time… had a life changing experience with sunanda! She motivated me n encouraged me even when my weight was stuck . I did loose few kilos n lot of inches but gained confidence n willpower which i lacked . My journey ended n my routine is continuing but what am missing is taking pics before meals n updating in grp ..scheduling my call n clearing my doubts .. Aadat se hogayi hai . Thanks sunanda fr everything i wll continue to diet n exercise as u trained mešŸ™šŸ˜˜

it was great being with sunanda. what made her different from other coaches was that she is a great in pulling you out from your bubble of negativity n preventing you from falling back into your older procrastination habits. a great mental health coach too.. u can always approch her when u feel low.. she helped me a lot in tackling my PMS related mood swings. thanks for always being there sunanda..

12 weeks ago I made a decision to prioritize my health and well being after letting it deteriorate for a long time with unhealthy eating and lack of any fitness. I joined fittr on a friend’s recommendation and found coach Sunanda organically. Even before I signed up with her she helped me see how much I had to be grateful for, and I felt she would keep me accountable. The past 3 months have exceeded my expectations! I’ve lost over 7 kilos in spite of travel and vacation and gained a deeper respect for my body and how I treat it. I could not have achieved any of this without Sunanda’s guidance. Her diet plans are not complicated, making it simple to stick to even with a busy schedule. She’s offered numerous tips on healthy eating while traveling, recipe ideas and so on. Her fitness plan has also worked wonders. Having never consistently strength trained before, she taught me how to do it and again making it possible to follow at home, even while multitasking with other family needs. The result has been a much stronger body, better posture, less fatigue and more positive energy! Above all of this, Sunanda’s expertise as a coach really shines in her ability to offer the right words during our weekly calls. Some days it is to remind me to work harder, other days to see how far I’ve come, and other days it is simply leading by example. She is the first to do what she advises her clients. She stands out by taking a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Thank you coach for helping me achieve what I never thought possible! I am excited to continue this journey with you!
