Hi all, I just want to share my experience with Sunanda. When i started my journey i was at a peak of low esteem, frustrated . 34 years old and being a mother of 4 yr and 1.5yr , and full time working professional I hardly.prioratise myself. In addition to this in.a joint family , generally we do not consider ourself much.Everyone except us is consider for food habits food times etc. After my second pregnancy i was suffering with.postpartum depression and was on blood pressure medication. I used to have migraine attacks too. I still remember the day i enrolled under.Sunanda, it was.late india hours, i was sleepless and was reading fittr tranformation.stories. That night was a game changer for me. I had a call with.sunanda next morning and we started TOGETHER. Its been 3 months , and i feel i am a different person now. I still have the old challenges at personal and professional front, but am able to manage it very efficiently. Mental transformation plays very significant role in.my case. Sunanda had structure my diet such a way that a food lover like me cant crave for any unwanted things. In a joint family.it.is.hard for family.member to digest that i m cooking my food differently, but you have to keep going , and slowly it became a habit for them too. Now i have my workout routine, diet routine fixed and even.my kids are also accepted this. Sometimes they also joins me. Thank you sunanda, you are blessing for me. You have not only changed my diet habits but sleeping habit , thinking habit ,everything. Its just a start of my journey ... long way to go. I am really excited to see one year later version of me.
Hi mam, Im very grateful for introducing the habit of waking up early in me. Grateful for lifetime ๐๐ฝ Hi all, I will introduce myself and how I was before this habit. Im 37 years old working woman. I have 11 years old son who is autistic. I overthink and always worry about my sonโs future, how he will survive without us. Whatever good happens in work life or materialistic assets dont bring happiness to us.. I go to temple 4 days a week and have a wish list to ask for my son. I had stress even if not visible outside to others much. I started waking up at 3.30 AM and doing meditation for 30mins. Then light lamp and chant Murugan Kavasam songs. After a week, I started noticing changes in me.. I have stopped worrying about my son and fully surrendered us to God. Now I strongly believe God will take care of him through right people. Im stress free, relaxed and can feel inner peace.. I know worrying doesnโt solve any problem but its easy to say than to follow. I wonder how much stress and heaviness I had in heart, after feeling the ease now. Even now I go to temple 4 days a week, but I sit calmly and connect with God. I donโt ask for anything. I believe everything happening in my life is as per His plan. This habit helps me to grow spiritually, get stronger mentally and physically, and I get ample time in the morning to start my day calmly ๐ Thanks again Sundanda mam. after a hectic year or so i was miserable fatigued and demotivated then i came accros a video on Facebook of jc sir i downloaded fittr app and somehow gd connected me with sunand mam she is a blessing a have been training under her for 3 weeks now she is more like a sister or friend to me so humble so nice she understands my situations very well she has given me a diet plan which i can easily follow and i don't feel hungry or tempted exercises are also very nicely designed for my convenience..
