After 3 year update- I re-enrolled with Sunanda yet again after I hit my maximum weight. I had serious concerns. My FBS was 99, my HBA1c was 5.7%. I was on the brink of being pre-diabetic. In 3 years, she has evolved too. In her training techniques and approach. She not only worked on my physical transformation but mental transformation too. She made me independent while still being there to hold in case I fell back. After 3 months, I am 6 kgs down, my FBS is 90 and HBA1c is 5% now. I am extremely grateful to her. She’s is amazing who believes in uplifting Getting in a good shape was always a dream. I managed to lose few kgs earlier but could never attain what we call ‘Transformation’. This is because consistency was my biggest foe. I would start with sheer dedication and then, after few days, harmless munching would turn into getting derailed and, boom!! Back to old routine. When I enrolled with Sunanda, I managed to stay consistent and on track for the longest time I had ever been. With Sunanda, it’s not like that you will have your weekly follow-up and then she will forget about you until next follow-up. With her, it feels like she’s always watching over you. She is the most empathetic and kind human being. I have lost 12 kgs in the last 6 months, without going below 1700 cals. Sure, I had cravings. Sunanda had a solution for that too. She incorporated my crave food in the diet. What’s better than that? I was happily losing fat while relishing my chips, namkeen, potato wedges with a hot cup of tea. 😁 She also asks for pictures of meals and videos of workouts which not only helped to stay accountable but also helped in form correction. Alongside my transformation, she has been constantly pushing me to study and get onboarded with FITTR as I have enrolled for the diploma course with INFS. It was such a profound experience to have her as coach. I want to follow her lead when I become one ❤️ Totally recommended to everyone.

I’ve returned to Sunanda after 4 years. In March of this year I was at a health checkup and I was appalled at my weight gain. It was 64.6. I was angry with myself. I was working out more but I was not able to feel lighter. I signed up with Sunanda emotionally and physically down. She reminded me that I had to focus on my nutrition irrespective of how much I train. It was slow but steady change because I did have some travels planned. Today 5 months later I am down to 59. The journey is ongoing because you can never stop looking after yourself. I know this can’t be done alone. I need her support and constant reminders and encouragement to stay on track. Looking forward to the next milestone I did a 3 month transformation with Sunanda. I have been into fitness and I’m a long distance cyclist but getting rid of 5 kgs was super hard for me because I didn’t know how to eat right. After following Sunanda’s guidance about nutrition and exercise I found that after week 4 the results were visible by the end of 3 months I came down from 62 to 57. I feel stronger my rides are better and stronger. I am able to climb better and I feel super good. My target of 55 now seems like a possibility only because of the guidance of Sunanda. I had long believed my weight was unchangeable, until I met Sunanda. She showed me that weight loss doesn’t require starvation or extreme workouts. In just five months, I’ve lost 8-9 kgs while enjoying the food I love and making fitness part of my daily life. I’m grateful for her friendly guidance and the positive mindset she’s instilled in me.
