Sumedha ma'am is very supportive. She understands your changing needs and adjusts the diet and exercise accordingly. She is always available for any questions that you may have. With her support I lost 7 kgs weight and became quite strong. A very special thing to mention, after my first child was born, I always wanted a second one. But due to late age, I was always doubtful about myself. Being with her made me physically and emotionally strong and gave me confidence that even at late age I will be able to give birth to a baby. Currently I am pregnant and feel confident about delivering my baby safely.
