I had joined with coach sumedha for 12 weeks program.I really appreciate her for bringing me on track to eat healthy and workout regularly. She had given me diet plan which was close to my eating habits.The things I learnt from her are quantifying my meals and strength training with machines and free weights. I had some injuries and health issues before I started with her but she was patient and adviced me as per my body's requirement .She is very sincere listens to your concerns and recommends solutions. There is a long way ahead in my fatloss journey but thank you Coach Sumedha for showing me the path

It has been 3months since I enrolled with Sumedha and she has helped me in being consistent with my diet and workout. She is so soft-spoken but firm when it comes to managing my diet. The weekly calls have helped me understand how consistency and sustainability is the key to success

It has been an amazing journey so far. My coach Sumedha Pitre has steered me towards a healthy lifestyle and guided me with Diastasis Rectii. She ensured to educate me on making healthy food choices and creating balance. I could feel a big difference in my measurements and reduction in overall 7.5% body fat percentage, 12 inch loss whilst improving my stamina. My journey is still not over and I’m confident of reaching my goals with Sumedha’s guidance. #fittrwithsumedha

It is really a wonderful journey with Ms Sumedha .I am very happy with the way she motivates me in my diet and workout. with my menopause issues , she really guides me with the right food and also how I can moderately do workouts. This helps me to understand my body better. Whenever I need guidance, she sends me the vedios that help me to do workout correct way. She understands my frozen shoulder issue and also knee problems and plans my workouts very meticulously. I am very much motivated with her personal vedios that she uploads on social media.. thank you very much for your help . Sweta
