⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about my personal trainer Sumed! He’s always on time, consistently tracks my progress, and takes detailed notes to make sure each session challenges me just the right amount. After years of not exercising, I really needed someone who could motivate me without overwhelming me — and he’s been absolutely incredible. Every workout feels purposeful and tailored to my goals. I’ve made more progress than I ever expected, and I actually look forward to my sessions now! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trainer who truly cares and delivers results.

I cannot recommend Sumed highly enough! When I first started training with him, I was dealing with some very specific and challenging physical issues, including clawed toes, significant muscle loss in my quads, and problems with dorsiflexion. I was looking for someone who could do more than just lead a standard workout, and Sumed was exactly the expert I needed. From our very first session, he has been a true professional. He is always on time and ready to go. What truly sets him apart is his incredible knowledge and problem-solving ability. Despite his youth, his understanding of the body is profound. Every time I came to him with a new ache or a specific problem, whether it was with my knees or ankles, he had a solution. He thoughtfully designed exercises and stretches that targeted my weaknesses, and thanks to him, I've seen a remarkable improvement in my flexibility, muscle strength, and joint health. More than just his technical skill, Sumed is an amazing motivator. On days when I felt discouraged or wasn't up for it, he knew exactly how to encourage me to push through while still listening to my body.
