Sumed is the second coach I have worked with on FITTR. There was one reason I changed coaches : I needed dependability and professionalism. I wanted a coach who would show up consistently and keep me accountable. Its been 2 months of working with Sumed at the time of writing this review. So far, he has been exceptional in that regard. Sumed is a young coach, still early in his career. But, he is still able to bring a level of maturity that is at par with seasoned coaches. He does have a tendency to stick to the foundational exercises. But, Sumed is also receptive to your requests. For example, we integrated a day of HIIT within our strength training. He does a consistent effort in making that workout enjoyable and fruitful. Overall, it’s been good working out under Sumed’s guidance, and I look forward to continuing being coached by him.
