I’ve really enjoyed working with Sukanya. I had been going to the gym consistently for over a year but wasn’t seeing much progress. After joining Sukanya’s program, the difference has been clear. Sukanya’s structured approach to both diet and workouts has helped me stay focused and consistent. I also appreciate how Sukanya encourages me to push myself while keeping me accountable. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience, and I’m glad I started this journey with Sukanya’s guidance.
Sukanya has been an excellent coach for both me and my husband. She understands exactly how to motivate us and consistently pushes us to do better, which is something we truly need. She regularly checks in on our calorie intake and workouts, ensuring we stay on track. What we really appreciate is how she takes our feedback into account and then thoughtfully curates our diet plans and workout routines. I would 100% recommend her as a mentor.
