I have tried to reduce weight all my life using the wrong methods. Even though I achieved my goals the process was intense (liquid diets, too much running, etc.). Srikanth helped me unlearn all those bad habits. I learnt about weights, sustainable eating, macros and lot more. I started my journey with Srikanth at 71.5 Kg, am down to 65.7 kg at the end of my program. Srikanth is very knowledgeable, I highly recommend him.

I am into workout routine for a while after reaching out Srikanth I realized all the myths and assumptions I had about healthy eating. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and healthy lifestyle. He mentored me through 12 weeks driving accountability, he understood my weakness ( drinking &partying) used to remind me over weekends about it.. lol. I have seen results with fat loss. I will definitely recommend Srikanth.

Srikanth is highly knowledgeable. He listens patiently and comes up with an apt solution using his expertise. He has got right attitude. He explained the science behind fat loss and answered all my questions with regard to diet, supplements and exercise. I lost 6kgs of fat in 12 weeks and was able to overcome shoulder joint pain and glute pain with the help of rotation exercises he shared. Will be back for muscle gaining phase.
