I enrolled in 24 week transformation program under srikanth. He has phenomenal understanding on human body, weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, workouts, supplements, etc. He is very patient to listen all my questions during my journey and answer with clear scientific/logical explanations. I was able to easily and healthily achieve my goals of loosing body fat and i am currently in the process of muscle gaining journey under complete guidance of Srikanth. Srikanth has been an amazing coach. He tries to understand our needs and plans the workouts based on our goals. He crafted a sustainable diet plan that incorporates macro tracking, which helped me with mindful eating habits. He proactively checked in on my progress every week and addressed any workout difficulties and not only corrected poor postures but also explained on targeting the correct muscle groups. His grasp on nutrition is OUTSTANDING. He explains the details of how nutrition and exercising helps our body. My journey with Srikanth has begun 2 years ago unfortunately I had a huge break and again started with him. Having Srikanth as my mentor makes huge difference in my life style changes. Srikanth had set my diet, workouts according to my lifestyle. He patiently explained me all the science behind my workouts, This has definitely improved my form and helped me in reaching my fitness goals. I had misconception on compound movements like Squat and Bench press as they are more injure prone. He explained me all the basics in compound movements and monitored my workouts keenly and provided valuable suggestions. I would definitely recommend working with Srikanth.
