I believe in consistency and discipline which leds me to whatever I aim for. Fitness is something which I call as basic need for a lifestyle. For me, healthy lifestyle is not just about hitting the gym or sports; it is also about inner happiness and an overall well-being.
I have a huge interest towards sports, which led me to the path of fitness. I played for nationals, which gave me confidence to build myself. Athletic training and gym workouts together helped me to build myself stronger, healthier and happier. I want this world to be a better place to live in and for this, fitness plays a great part for everyone. This thought led me to help others to transform into a better version of themselves.
You need to put what you learn into practice and do it over and over again until it's a habit.
