One of the best decisions I made was to choose Srija as my trainer. She added the foods that I liked on my diet, and gave me options to choose from. I consistently lost weight and gained confidence from her diet plan and workouts. I grew the habit of walking 10k steps everyday because of her. I have never felt better. I have extended my enrollment under her to continue my fitness journey.
enrolled for 3 months first. lost 4-5 kgs. but moreover got my confidence back after maternity and she presses on weightloss being a mind and body thing rather than just fitting into those pre maternity jeans. Renewed the plan to continue the progress. Thanks Srija.
My experience with srija is very nice i lost 6 kg in 5 months...i started with srija in dec 22 it was 12 week program. I agained enrolled to srija. Her diet plan is very simple n can be follow for long time without any problem..she is very dedicated and i am very motivated with her own weight loss journey..
She may be good for people starting on weight loss journey but for those who have plateaued after good progress on your own/want to go from stage 2 to stage 3, she won’t be a good coach IMHO. For me, she never understood my challenges and I felt I was following her standard plan without any customisation to suit my specific requirements or even problems that I faced and told her. Her response was just follow the plan to a T, even when I mentioned I am not able to follow the plan, it’s not working for me. Ended up being frustrated and actually started disliking my workouts (that I had been following on my own for 2 years before enrolling under her) End result there was no progress and I have lost motivation and feel like a failure. Very disappointed.
