I’ve been training with Saurabh Singh for the past six months, and the experience has been truly transformative. I started my journey at 68 kg and have now reached 59.5 kg..not only achieving my goal of 60 kg but even surpassing it! This is the first time I’ve renewed a coach after a 3-month program, which speaks volumes about how much I value his approach to health and fitness. What sets Saurabh apart is the flexibility and practicality he brings to the table. He never imposed a rigid diet but instead gave me the freedom to enjoy my meals while guiding me on how to make healthier choices.
