Sonia is an excellent fitness coach and trainer. I am happy to be a part of Fittr especially under her guidance. The diet and workout plans designed by Sonia are very easy to follow. I feel so good and energetic and have completely stopped having any cravings for junk/unhealthy food. Going to the gym for 1 entire year I managed to lose just 4 kgs whereas after joining Fittr I lost 5 kgs within 3 months. Thank you Sonia!

Sonia is a great coach. She had the patience and sincerity to understand my lifestyle, routine and eating and workout patterns before formulating a very doable diet and exercise plan. I was surprised to see the generosity in the diet in spite of that being perfectly nutritious. I was very much used to going into hyper low calorie and low volume restriction when I used to follow diets. I am still work in progress when it comes to consistency in workouts. however, thank you so much for the insights and guidance.
