I’ve been taking ‘Strength and Yoga’ classes with Sonam for the past month and a half, and she’s the best coach I could ask for. She pushes me to do more than I thought I could, but she’s also careful to match the exercises to my fitness level. Each session is tailored to help improve my whole body. Overall, I feel stronger and more flexible than I ever have before.
Sonam is an exceptional trainer whom I've had the pleasure of working with for the past 6 months. Her dedication to our sessions is unparalleled, as she meticulously plans workouts that keep me engaged and motivated. Sonam's patience in teaching proper posture has been instrumental in my progress. I've never witnessed her lose focus during our sessions, which speaks volumes about her commitment. Under her guidance, I've experienced significant improvements in both my posture and strength over the past 6 months. I can now squat with 65 to 70 lbs, without experiencing any back pain, a feat I previously struggled with. Sonam's training has enabled me to build strength safely and effectively, mitigating the risk of injury. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated trainer.
I have been on FITTR since 2 years. I joined Sonam a couple months ago. She corrected all my forms since day 1. Her knowledge of forms and exercise is way above.She knows exactly when to push you and when to back off. Some days when I have low energy , she gives me a low energy workout. She has even customized my yoga sessions to suit my needs. She shows up to every session dot on time, which is a must for me in my crazy schedule. I have finally started to see noticeable change in my stamina and strength. Needless to say I will be continuing with her as long as I am on FITTR.
Sonam provides clear and concise instructions during my sessions. She’s well-versed in various yoga poses and strengthening exercises. She is able to modify exercises to accommodate my fitness level and my individual needs due to my health issues. She is encouraging and motivates me to push my self during workouts. She is open to feedback and willing to address any concerns or questions from me. She is punctual and maintains a positive attitude throughout sessions. I am glad that I found her and I am able to train under her.
