I had asked her to have daily follow up from me regarding my progress as I needed a compatibility partner with a nutritionist.No follow ups and not a good experience. She never called back after the first few weeks. As my husband has done transformation with other coaches so I am familiar with Fittr coaches approaches. Somehow I am disappointed with Sonal's approach as a trainer.

All progress takes place outside the comfort zone.. That’s true but there should be someone who can pull you out of your comfort zone and motivates you to achieve your goal.. I am lucky enough that I found Sonal and enrol myself for the fitness journey😊 Thank you for giving me the motivation to workout consistently. You are always positive, encouraging, and full of energy! I can tell that you really care about your clients and want them to see results. Just by taking the time to encourage me alone is enough reason to give you all the thanks in the world. But then there’s also all that weight loss… So thank you, thank you again I started my fitness Journey with FITTR in Dec’22 with 73.5 KG and now I am 64.3 KG 😊 Thank you once again Sonal and will look forward to continue this Journey with you😊

When I joined Sonal through Fittr , I was really looking for help to get in right direction towards healthy routine. She is very patient and listen to you very calmly. She always adjusts the diet if the need be. I have learnt a lot during this journey. Not only I have lost weight, I have gained so much strength by eating healthy diet and regular exercise.
