Sonal has been my coach for the last 3 months and I'm extremely satisfied with her guidance. I have started my fitness journey mid January this year with a weight of 102kg and at this time after 3months my weight stands at 93.6kgs. I had a knee condition which developed while playing badminton with my weight and she assured me that she will guide me and put me through necessary exercise that will not only cause any injury but will also heal the knee and yes I do feel that the exercises have positively impacted me. I also feel more confident and conscious about my plate for every meal. she has always taught me that the 4 pillars of fitness are Food, exercise, sleep and water intake. Even when I went out for a vacation or let it be holi celebration she guided me quite well how we can socialize keeping our calories in check. kudos to you ma'am ..really thankful to have you as my coach. Sonal has been an amazing coach throughout my journey. She has been very patient in answering my questions both on and off my reporting dates. She holds me accountable on reporting dates and checks in regularly, updating my nutrition plan (vegetarian). She introduced me to a healthy lifestyle that's going to stick with me. Sonal is very professional, and I highly recommend her.

Thank you Sonal for being a fitness torch bearer in my life… all this while i was eating so less and working so hard to lose weight. But u gave me the right knowledge about food and exercise… and i learnt eating well is important because ‘no war can be won on empty stomach’. I aspire to make this my new lifestyle now.
