Soham is a dependable, intuitive and skilled coach. In the past two years of training with her, I have seen a deeply positive change in terms of body weight and fat loss. After starting at the age of 68, I have gone from 76 kg to 63 kg. I have many diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid, back problems, and a stent in my heart too. Soham helped me reduce weight and control my diabetes and blood pressure, without the training adversely affecting me in any way. Thank you so much Soham for being the amazing coach you are, and I am sure you will positively impact many more lives like you have mine.
This is my second time with Fittr and as usual the journey was awesome. I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude towards my coach Sohamjita who worked so hard for me. Soham was with me like a rock. My schedule was not a simple one, I had many roadblocks but I never felt I am not progressing, Soham will always make necessary changes which will lead to confirmed success. Thank you Soham for all your support. She is a great coach, very motivating and super supportive, Soham and I we are still continuing this fitness journey with all the knowledge she has shared with me. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a healthy lifestyle.
Soham is an excellent coach and trainer, undoubtedly. I am a new mom and I started my journey with her just to be able to get out of the rut I was in. I couldn’t move or get myself to eat in small portions. I had bodyache, wrist pain, back pain and a lot of fat, obviously. Soham helped me understand the basics of proper nutrition, protein content, hydration, strength training, movement. We couldn’t work on sleep factor hence she titrated my diet and plan in such a way that rest everything falls into place. She has immense knowledge of nutrition and she makes the diet plan in such a way that it doesn’t feel like a diet at all. In fact it is now my lifestyle. I have lost 3 kgs under her guidance and a lot of fat. Gained muscle while working out at home as going to the gym was not an option for me. She curated my workout plan with dumb bells and I was good to go. She is a great listener and motivator, very understanding and patient. I’m so grateful to you Soham and I will be continuing my journey with all the wisdom that you have shared with me. Thank you!
