Soham is amazing! She has a lot of knowledge and she knows what she is doing. She believes in plans which are consistent so she understands her mentees needs and requirements. Best part about the workout is that she checks on me and she motivates me and supports me which makes me feel assured and less lonely. Soham is an amazing coach. She has immense knowledge about health and nutrition. The best part is, Soham plans my diet and exercise accordingly to my needs. Soham helped me recover from slipped disc and Sciatica. She constantly motivated me and assured me that I will completely recover and get fit even after my back injury. My husband and I enrolled under Soham at 2 months postpartum. I had normal delivery and I wanted to be a strong mom without affecting my breastfeeding. I would say Soham is a perfect combo of push and encouragement. She has helped me with everything I needed during this journey of being a fit and strong mommie. I have always struggled to understand the Gym workouts, but Soham’s guidance has helped me to understand not only the workouts but my own capability to play with equipment at Gym. She helped us to set realistic goals which were not very harsh but strict. She has designed all my workouts considering my postpartum recovery. During her training, I have travelled and attended family functions and she has beautifully designed my routine. Her constant touch has made me consistent throughout. I lost 11 kgs over a period of 8-9 months.The fitness journey is long, but her expertise has given me confidence that I can be a fit and strong mom.
I joined Soham 6months postpartum. I had gestation diabetes and I have PCOS & I had been eating unhealthily after my pregnancy. My goal was to get healthy and lose weight gradually without upsetting my milk supply because my baby was breastfeeding full time . Soham was extremely helpful and accommodating. She stayed in touch consistently and was happy to help in between check ins and whenever I had any concerns. She is very supportive and encouraging. I feel like her caring attitude was very helpful to my weightloss postpartum. I lost a total of 8 kgs over 4-5 months, I felt stronger and had reduced aches and pains, I felt energetic and I was able to breastfeed baby without any interruptions in my milk supply. I conceived naturally due to my healthy lifestyle and look forwarding to joining Soham again after this pregnancy!
