i've been training under Sohail's guidance since 3 months . Being a yoga practitioner i 've already very active background but from few years specially after completing my menopause cycle I started getting injuries again n again .. I felt something Is lacking and here comes my trainer Sohail .He introduced strength training to me as in yoga we worked only on push stregth and without training the other group of muscles imbalances started. Sohail intelligently planned all my workouts according to the imbalances and weakness of my body . He is very very sincere to keep on checking whether we are doing every thing in right way . I really appreciate the efforts of Sohail and now he has become not only trainer but the solution of my every problem related to my healthy journey. His nutrition plan is also very easy to follow as he planned everything very effectively and it's sustainable also. I am feeling more energetic stronger đź’Ş and confident then ever.
It has been amazing working with coach sohail. He motivates you, provides you with the right guidance, diet and motivation. I had been training for a few years, but the progress i achieved in the three months working with coach Sohail is unparalleled. My health parameters had also improved, was at its best. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, i had to take a break now, otherwise it would have been a nice transformation story. Beyond a coach, now he is a nice friend too. Sohail has helped me immensely with customized home workout plans and diet tailored specifically for me. Week on week his connects motivated as he is always ready to listen to us and do alternative adjustments in diet plan as per need. Also he is always available to answer any question during home workouts, also shared more clear tutorials to follow.
