I want to thank Smitha for guiding me through the start of my fitness journey. What I appreciated most was her approach -she kept me motivated without disturbing my daily schedule. She clearly explained how macros work and how calories add up, which helped me understand nutrition instead of just following a diet. She also designed a simple diet plan based on my food preferences, which made it easy to stay consistent. Because of this approach, I have already dropped from 95 kg to 88 kg. ( and lots of inches) This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to continue the journey. Grateful for the guidance and support so far!
