I have no words for Coach Smita. it's only been a month with her and her approach towards fitness is amazing. she understood my health issues and instead on focusing on reducing my weight, she focussed more on nourishing my body. she included everything I love eating in my diet plan. So grateful and happy that I chose her for my fitness journey. I have been a member of this amazing fitness platform for quite some time now. During this journey, I had to take a break due to my pregnancy. During that period, I gained quite a few extra kilos and also started facing some health issues, such as pre-diabetes and hypertension. Determined to take charge of my health again, I decided to rejoin Fittr. It’s been a few weeks since I restarted my fitness journey, and I’m incredibly grateful to be doing this under the guidance and supervision of my amazing coach, Smita. From day one, she has been extremely supportive and encouraging. She has ensured that the journey never feels overwhelming and constantly motivates me to stay focused and committed. Even when things seem to go a little off track, she always reassures me with her witty and positive attitude — reminding me that it’s okay, and encouraging me to simply get back on track. I’m really glad I decided to start this journey again. With Smita’s constant support and guidance, I feel motivated to stay consistent and work towards becoming healthier and stronger.
