Sindhu has been very helpful throughout my postpartum fitness journey. I was very active and at a good body fat percentage pre- pregnancy. Being a new mom, I wanted to enjoy this phase with my son and didn't want to rush into my pre- pregnancy workout routines. Sindhu has designed an amazing workout and diet plan for me where I was comfortably working out at my own schedule, comfort of my home, and not starving myself. She helped me call it a lifestyle than calling it a weight-loss journey.I was exclusively breastfeeding my son, lost close to 15lb in 7months and most importantly got back to the routine. Thanks a ton Sindhu for not just being a good coach but for also being a great inspiration!!
Being a mom to a toddler and working full time, I used to have very less energy and feel exhausted. I wanted to have a healthy and active lifestyle for which I used to do some exercises or inconsistent diet. I felt consitency in my approach is missing and that is the time I found my coach Sindhu in FITTR . It was very hard in the first week to do the workouts and follow dietplan. With proper guidance from my coach, within couple weeks I got used to it and it made a lot of difference in my energy levels and I feel self motivated to do more things at work as well as spending more time with my toddler without getting exhausted. The byproduct of this is I lost 15lbs in 3 months :)
I started my weight loss journey with Sindhu in Dec 2022. I enrolled in fittr before and reduced weight, but I failed to follow the routine and gained some weight back. Sindhu motivated me and guided me through the right process. This helped me to reduce 5kg and some inch loss. Her guidance and support helped me to gain confidence and learned how to maintain consistency. Sindhu is a great mentor, and I would highly recommend her. Thank you so much Sindhu.
Sindhu mam is friendly & at the same time she is strict too..When I started my journey I thought I can follow the diet everyday.But it's not that easy for me to eat the exact calories because I like food.when I eat more she used to motivate me&keep me in the track again.I do exercise regularly that helps me to look lean and loose inches.She gave me good exercise that I never felt it's very tough.Its easy and simple..I used to do weekly 4 or 5 days for sure. I used to follow the diet 15 days & again I used to cheat on weekends sometimes. I am making an habit to be consistent on weekends too. It takes little time but still I am happy with my journey of up and downs.This is just mid way transformation..I am looking forward to change completely in coming months ..Thanks to Fittr for creating this platform..Keep going..
