Had a great time with coach Sindhu. Sindhu took into consideration my lifestyle and also was very accommodating with change in exercise plan whenever I was unable to do some exercise. She made me clearly understand the concept of calories and kept me motivated throughout the my 12 week journey. Sindhu is a great motivator and never fails to encourage you to move towards your goal. Weekly calls with Sindhu were always good and she was open any kind of questions and queries I had. Whenever I wanted to eat out Sindhu would recommend how to portion my plate and what to avoid in a restaurant, which was of great help and made me very much aware of how to balance my meals even when eating out. Thank you Sindhu, I have learnt a great deal about nutrition and exercise during my journey with and I’m definitely looking forward to working with you again!
I just completed my 12 weeks of journey with Sindhu who is an excellent coach.I am in Fittr since few years but this year I reached my lowest weight in years with sindhus amazing motivation and encouragement. I lost more than 11 pounds and lots of inches in these 3 months. She provided me a diet plan without affecting my daily routine and she encouraged me everytime to go in track.Workouts were easy and manageable at home without a gym.Sindhu is flexible and at the same time she is strict .Every weekly calls with Sindhu encouraged me to move forward and she helped me realize that eventhough the progress is slow it is still a progress and i am in the right path.Every check, every advice and every word of encouragement kept me going..Even she provided me the maintenence plan after three months to continue my weightloss journey.i am still on my way, and I have a long way to go ..But hereby I am pausing a second to express my heartfelt gratitude to this excellent coach.. Thanks a lot Sindhu for all your support and guidance ..Thank you for helping me to meet my short term goal for the year.. I know that you are still there a message away and thank you for your motivation, patience and your personalized approach..
Sindhu was truly my guide and huge supporter as I committed to a transformation to kick off my next decade. This prompted Oteen scenarios of nutrition and fitness what can be done differently to get to the next level of overall well-being.. I discovered the art of balanced eating without skipping meals and consistency with micro habits while balancing a hectic life work schedules. She kept reminding that simplicity to meals and avoiding. Anything that gets in the way of achieving the goal.. I love my time with her and would like to return in 2026 with the refreshed view to overall well-being for long-term sustainability. I was able to shed 15 pounds and would like to continue to follow her well manicure nutrition and fitness plan. The fitness plan was during my recovery of a foot injury and the plan was curated so I can fully recover before intense lower body workouts.
