🌟Transformation 2.0: Stronger, Smarter, and Happier 🌟 Working with Sindhu Prakash for the second time has been an incredible experience. Since restarting my journey in September 2024 at 59.5 kg and 34% body fat, I’ve come down to 52 kg and 27.3% body fat. This journey hasn’t just made me fitter, it has also helped me finally become a morning person (something I always struggled with), improved my strength and stamina, fixed my sleep cycle, and developed a sustainable approach to nutrition that truly fits my lifestyle. Sindhu has been more than a coach; she’s been a mentor, motivator, and friend, always encouraging me, guiding me through challenges, and reminding me why I started. I don’t even know where to begin because calling Sindhu just a fitness coach doesn’t do justice to who she’s been in my life. Over the past year, I’ve gone through some of my lowest moments—heartbreak, emotional burnout, weight fluctuations, mental health dips—you name it. I was completely shattered, and during that time, Sindhu didn’t just help me with a diet or a workout. She showed up for me like family would. She never once judged me for falling off track. She stayed consistent when I couldn’t. She checked in on me when I disappeared. She reminded me to eat, rest, breathe. At a time when everything felt like it was falling apart, she was my anchor—calm, grounded, and always there, no matter how messy I was feeling. Anyone can give you a fitness plan, but life is not a straight line. Shit happens—your heart breaks, your mind spirals, you lose motivation. That’s when you realize how rare it is to find someone like Sindhu. She didn’t just coach me back to fitness—she helped me find my way back to myself. I can’t imagine this journey without her.
Sindhu has been really supportive throughout my 4 months journey so far. I have a different outlook on everything related to my lifestyle because of her. She accommodates all the different schedules and changes you’re going through. And more importantly, she puts emphasis on making you learn about your body and make you feel positive about it.
