As someone who was always chubby in childhood and teenage years, I struggled with maintaining an active lifestyle. I often snacked and ate many sweets and stayed home without doing any physical activity, with very irregular periods as well. After joining, I saw visible changes in my figure. Clothes became looser and I gained more confidence. I even saw muscle growth after going to the gym! I found myself more mindful of what I ate and its portion size too. My cycle also started getting more regular, and I am very grateful for that! Having someone to hold me accountable definitely helped in my journey. I tried many times to lose weight on my own with YouTube videos but quickly lost motivation when it became too difficult. However, the workout I was given was tailored to my needs and I slowly started enjoying doing the workouts too! Sometimes I was lazy to follow the diet and workout plan and lost motivation but Coach Sindhu’s patience and motivation helped me keep going. The gym initially intimidated me as I didn’t know how to use any machines, but now I can confidently walk in and do my workouts with the right form with Coach Sindhu’s guidance. She always had time to adjust the plan when needed according to feedback and answered any questions I had. If anyone is hesitating to join, my advice would be to just start and take it one day at a time. Being consistent with the effort, even if it’s not perfect, will definitely make a difference! Thank you so much Coach Sindhu! I’ve learnt a lot about how to have a balanced diet while still making space for occasional treats, as well as the importance of staying active and working out, even if it is a busy day. I am proud of my journey and will take what I have learned to heart and continue on my own to keep being healthy!
I started my fitness journey with Sindhu Prakash after struggling with consistency and results since 2023. I often felt confused about what approach to follow, lost motivation when progress slowed, and found myself starting over repeatedly. I went from 76.65 kg to 66.45 kg, losing around 10 kg, becoming stronger, and building healthier habits along the way. Her structured yet flexible approach, combined with constant support and accountability, helped me stay consistent and push through plateaus. More importantly, I learned to focus on sustainable habits instead of restrictive diets, enjoy balance, and get back on track without guilt. Today, working out, prioritizing nutrition, and maintaining discipline feel natural and part of my lifestyle. If you’re serious about making a long-term change, having the right coach truly makes all the difference. I highly recommend Sindhu. She strikes the perfect balance between being strict enough to keep you on track and being empathetic at the same time. She tailored my nutrition plan perfectly around my dietary preferences, making it sustainable and easy to follow. Her weekly check-ins ensure steady progress, and she constantly tweaks the plan based on how I am doing. She is firm and results-oriented, yet incredibly approachable. If you want a trainer who is easy to talk to but will absolutely help you hit your goals, look no further!
Sindhu was a pleasure to work with. She worked with me and my husband and created a manageable nutrition plan for both of us even though we had separate needs. For example I do not want to lose weight at all while he had to. She tweaked the plans to our taste and needs numerous times and helped me get to a manageable routine with our vegetarian diet. For my husband , she helped created awareness of the food input patterns and glycemic effects which has been immensely helpful to maintain his diabetes levels. For both of us, we have increased awareness of lack of time to work out and she helped us change that with micro goals over the duration of the program. Thank you Sindhu for your patience in dealing with crazy work and travel schedules and diligence in keep us grounded and on track.
