Sindhu was a pleasure to work with. She worked with me and my husband and created a manageable nutrition plan for both of us even though we had separate needs. For example I do not want to lose weight at all while he had to. She tweaked the plans to our taste and needs numerous times and helped me get to a manageable routine with our vegetarian diet. For my husband , she helped created awareness of the food input patterns and glycemic effects which has been immensely helpful to maintain his diabetes levels. For both of us, we have increased awareness of lack of time to work out and she helped us change that with micro goals over the duration of the program. Thank you Sindhu for your patience in dealing with crazy work and travel schedules and diligence in keep us grounded and on track. I highly recommend Sindhu - she is motivating, practical , understands life in the US as parents with limited support at home , work , commutes that enabled her to create sustainable plans for both of us

I started this journey because, although I was working out, I wasn’t seeing the results I expected and felt I needed more structure with my nutrition and training. With Sindhu’s coaching, I’ve now lost 25 lbs(6 month program), feel much stronger, and have gained a lot more confidence in both my workouts and overall lifestyle. Her guidance helped simplify the process and gave me clarity on what actually works instead of constantly second-guessing my approach. What helped the most was the structure and accountability. Sindhu has been an amazing accountability buddy, always keeping me consistent and focused. My food habits are more balanced, workouts feel purposeful, and sticking to a routine feels much easier now. If someone is hesitant about coaching, I’d say having the right guidance and accountability truly makes the journey more effective and sustainable.
I had a great experience with Sindhu. This is the second time I’ve had the opportunity to receive guidance from her. After undergoing ankle surgery, I was bedridden for months and struggled to manage my daily routine. Sindhu took my health condition into careful consideration and provided proper guidance tailored to my situation. Her support helped me return to my routine and get back on track with my workouts, along with maintaining a healthy food balance that I had lost over the past two years. This routine has helped me reduce unnecessary food intake and develop better discipline in my daily life.
