Sindhu was truly my guide and huge supporter as I committed to a transformation to kick off my next decade. This prompted Oteen scenarios of nutrition and fitness what can be done differently to get to the next level of overall well-being.. I discovered the art of balanced eating without skipping meals and consistency with micro habits while balancing a hectic life work schedules. She kept reminding that simplicity to meals and avoiding. Anything that gets in the way of achieving the goal.. I love my time with her and would like to return in 2026 with the refreshed view to overall well-being for long-term sustainability. I was able to shed 15 pounds and would like to continue to follow her well manicure nutrition and fitness plan. The fitness plan was during my recovery of a foot injury and the plan was curated so I can fully recover before intense lower body workouts. Thank you so much Sindhu and look forward to working with you in 2026 again.

Since restarting my journey in September 2024 at 59.5 kg and 34% body fat, I’ve come down to 52 kg and 27.3% body fat.
