Name :- Neelam Sehgal Joined in:- 1st week July Weight loss:- 12Kgs Condition:- PIVD L4, L5 & Hypothyroidism After 100s of failed attempts to lose and then maintain weight I finally was looking for a person to get my fitness journey started and I got introduced to Simran. In past 1 year of me being on Fittr and with coach Simran has helped me slowly but steadily to maintain my consistency towards achieving my fitness and lifestyle goals. Coach Simran is expert in keeping me going despite all odds and plateaus I have hit in this journey of 12kg weight loss. In this one year I have progressed from daily walks to home workouts to lifting 115kgs leg presses, not having to worry about my backache caused by PIVD under her meticulous guidance. And highlight of my journey of which I’m proud of , is not tangible enough to be seen by how I look at present but it is my confidence and awareness in choosing right foods, foods I crave, foods during vacation and managing these all within my allowed calories. We are not even close of where we intend to be but we surely are way, way ahead from we started. Thank u Simran
After giving birth, I was eager to lose those kilos gained during pregnancy but was unsure of how and where to start. I knew coach Simran before but when I saw her journey, I was very excited to join her. From the very beginning, Coach Simran took the time to understand my postpartum body and tailored a fitness program that was safe and effective for me. She introduced me to the world of quantified nutrition. Being a new mum herself, she understood my challenges of finding time from my busy routine. But her never ending encouragement and motivation kept me going. I joined Simran before she became a Fittr coach and followed her here. In just a few months, I’ve seen significant progress. I’ve lost 20+ kgs, but more importantly, I feel stronger and more energetic. My overall strength has improved, which has been crucial for my recovery, and I’m starting to regain my pre-pregnancy fitness levels. Although we are in different timezones, she is still very reachable. She regularly connects and checks in on my progress, reviews my exercise videos and provides feedback where necessary. She understands the science behind quantified nutrition and how your body will behave, and ensures to adjust the plan when required. Overall, my experience with Coach Simran has been incredibly positive. She is knowledgeable, empathetic, and truly invested in her clients’ success. I highly recommend Coach Simran to anyone who wants to live a consistent healthy lifestyle and build a strong body.
since I started my journey with Simran,I gained lot of strength.she never hesitate in sharing her knowledge with mentee. this is first time I learnt flexible dieting from her.. being in calories deficit how I can enjoy my fav.food. kudos to her ,she put her level best in bringing outcome from her mentees.Thaks a lot Simran, Definitely we will achieve our goals and soon post here my transformation with you
I don’t have enough words to appreciate Simran for her efforts and right guidance in my transformation journey. Before connecting with Simran; I never had enough calories to loose weight. I love how she is aware of my stats and each week she plans a strategy based on my measurements. Simran has very good knowledge about nutrition and body science which she shares. Thanks Simran for guiding me and playing an integral role in my journey towards getting fit and strong 💪
