The coach does not take classes on Monday and instead takes it on Saturday which is not mentioned on her profile. Also is not professional and has to go out during class hours and one time she simply forgot we had a session scheduled. Overall an unsatisfactory experience with both the coach and Fittr as Fittr refused to adjust my fees paid for any future renewals and refused to refund the fees as well, even though only 2 sessions had been conducted.
There are many coaches on Fittr but Simar is the one who is patient with total couch potatoes like us and is very sincere in motivating us and giving us direct feedbacks. We really appreciate that. Regarding training, she very early gauges your current fitness levels and modulates the program accordingly. In 1 hour of training, she does not waste a minute in getting us ready. You will always feel fulfilled at the end of your session. Would highly recommend her.
This is my second time enrolling with Simar after a long break. For background, i sustained an ankle ligament tear during kickboxing. After rehab, was looking to get back into yoga for improving strength, balance & flexibility. Simar’s classes are challenging but welcoming, with a focus on technique to help develop a solid base. She designed & customised a program specifically for my needs - improving range of motion , joint health, balance & reducing muscle tension. In the weeks to follow, i have noticed the benefits of training with her & it has aided immensely my overall performance in combat sports. She has the qualities of a great coach - solid knowledge of her art, having a passion for teaching & customising the practice. Her warmth and humor create a safe environment for trying new things.
I was afraid to start workouts as I have not had much experience in the past. But due to health issues, I wanted to start yoga. I enrolled under Simar and have been enjoying the sessions a lot. She has made workouts fun and enjoyable for me. Thanks a lot Simar.
