Shweta is good and understands very well about her clients and their needs. she is an excellent coach with utmost care and strictness both at the same time, which helped me reduce weight and turn fit within 3months thanks Shwetha.
I feel fortunate to have Shweta Srivastava as my amazing strength trainer and nutritionist. She is punctual and always well-prepared, which sets the tone for every session. It has been a really satisfactory journey so far under the guidance of coach Shwetha Srivastava from the past 1 year. I lost almost 14 kgs during this period. I am a foodie and always want to try new dishes/cuisines whenever I go out. I used to get tired and do heavy breathing during short walks, climbing up the hill. I never wanted to go for diet plans as I used to think diet means have to leave everything we like and have to eat only those salads and veggies. But Shwetha changed my entire mindset. She kept things simple and helped me understand the concept of diet and workout and that I can enjoy the food even in my diet the way I want to. Today I feel my body is happy with the changes I had and I am in a better shape and much healthier than my co-age group people. Thank you for guiding me in the right direction and helping me coach Shwetha Srivastava.
Positive Review Shweta Srivastava Coach Shweta brought real change to my health. When we started, I was weak, tiring easily and getting short of breath every 5 minutes. By the end of our sessions, I was much stronger, doing reps beyond what I imagined, and feeling super energetic overall. She understood all my concerns and tailored the workout plans accordingly—which were fun, engaging, and always rotating through new sets. I learned a lot. She is smart, punctual, and always motivating. My weight reduced from 77.5 kg to 74.5 kg. It may not seem like much, but it gave me a huge boost of confidence, along with a strong desire to keep going. Watching the scale finally move downward was a reward in itself.
