shweta, started off by listening, understanding what my goals and objectives were and then aligning a plan that best suited my needs. she was considerate of the shoulder injury i have and helped adapt exercises accordingly. her feedbacks on form were helpful and much needed. her follow ups were absolutely on point. she was definitely the coach i did not i know i needed. thank you shweta for showing the way!
Shweta is not just an amazing coach but an amazing human being too. Her motivation, guidance, and constant support pushed me from doing just 8–9k steps to consistently completing 15–16k steps daily. She truly understands her clients’ challenges and creates fitness and nutrition plans that are practical, sustainable, and easy to follow. I’ve been training with Shwetha for the past 4 months, and honestly, it’s been such a rewarding experience. She’s incredibly attentive and always makes sure my form is correct, which has made a huge difference in how effective and safe my workouts feel. What I really appreciate is how personalized everything is — from my training plan to my meal plans. She takes the time to understand my goals and adjusts things based on my progress and needs, rather than giving a one-size-fits-all approach. In just 4 months, I’ve lost 3.3kg, noticed a significant reduction in my measurements, and feel much stronger and more confident in the gym.
