The Journey with you going strong though i have not been able to loose any inches I stay motivated when I talk to you also I dont have to be like half awake and go to gym complete the sleep first and then Gym whenever the time permits. My energy levels have improved, I feel more active throughout the day, and Iâve developed a much healthier relationship with food.
